Les travaux : la partie ferronnerie.

La partie en ferronnerie réalisée par Roland Pinon de l'Atelier du fer d'argens, permet de relier la meule (Naturellement pierre) à l'ossature et les rouages en bois (Comtois charpentes) afin de pouvoir tourner au rythme du moteur (anciennement de la roue à auget).

Les spatules permettent aussi de ramener les olives et la pâte sous la meule, ou bien en fin de trituration de pousser la pâte vers la malaxeuse.

The iron parts made by Roland Pinon from l'Atelier du fer d'Argens connects the millstone (by Naturellement pierre) to the wooden frame and gears (by Comtois Charpentes), allowing it to turn in sync with the motor (formerly powered by the bucket wheel).

The paddles also help bring the olives and paste back under the millstone, or at the end of the grinding process, push the paste toward the mixer.
