Une fois tous les éléments retirés, il a fallu resurfacer la dormante, cette pierre du bas sur laquelle la meule vient travailler. Puis apporter cette magnifique nouvelle meule en rocheron de Bourgogne taillée par Victor Parzych de Naturellement Pierre (Meilleur ouvrier de France).
